Our free Mobile Banking App brings our easy, user-friendly Online Banking Experience right to your fingertips! Available from the Apple® Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android™ devices).

What is needed to access our Mobile Banking App
  • Access to Valley First Online Banking (Login ID and Password)
  • An Apple or Android smart phone or tablet device

Our Mobile Banking App is NOT compatible with the following mobile operating systems: 
Windows Phone®, Blackberry®, Kindle Fire™ 
If your phone or table is not compatible with our app, you can use a mobile web browser to access Online Banking just as you would from your desktop.

Mobile Banking App Requirements
Our Mobile Banking App brings our easy, user-friendly Online Banking Experience right to your fingertips! Our app functions best when the GPS or native mapping app (also known as Location Services) is enabled. Devices that do not have Location Services enabled do not support the Branch/ATM location functionality.

Mobile Deposit Requirements
A mobile device with a rear-facing camera is required to deposit checks with Mobile Deposit within our Mobile Banking App. The following table provides camera resolution compatibility.Mobile Deposit Requirements

Security is our Priority
Valley First Mobile Banking utilizes a Secure Access Code that is needed to access Online/Mobile Banking on unregistered devices, such as new devices or public computers. If you decide to a register a device, a Secure Access Code will no longer be required each time you access Online/Mobile Banking from that device. Secure Access Codes are sent to you by the credit union via phone call, text message, or email and expire one hour from the time it was sent. For convenience and security, you will use the same Login ID and Password for Mobile Banking that you use for Online Banking.
Note: If you have a security program that clears your internet cookies, or if you clear them manually, you will be required to re-register your device.
