The Account Summary page gives a snapshot of your account as of the date and time it is displayed. Looking at this one screen, you can see:

  • Account balance
  • Available credit
  • Payment due date
  • Credit limit
  • Amount and date of last payment
  • Minimum payment due

A detailed list of all transactions since the last statement is also available.

Statements
You have access to the past six months of account statements. Another statement will be added each month until a total of 18 months of history can be displayed. You can select the statement you want to review from the list of closing dates in the previous statements summaries drop down menu.

You can download transaction information from this page to use with your money management software. Downloaded files include transaction information, merchant addresses, memos, and category information.

You can also view transaction detail from the Statements page by clicking on individual transactions. From the transaction detail screen, you can assign expense categories and add memos to transactions. The memo feature is a handy feature for record keeping.

Bill Payment
You can securely pay you credit card bill from the Bill Payment page of Visa eZCardInfo. You will need the account number and routing numbers of valid savings or checking account, the name on the account, and the payment amount. Payment transactions entered online by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed each business day, and will reflect on the your account the next business day.

Cardholder Profile
You can change your e-mail address or password from the Cardholder Profile page.

If you do not wish to access your account via VisaCardInfo, you can also disable access from this page by clicking on the disable online access link.

Find Transactions
Finding specific expenses is a breeze with the Find Transactions page. You can search card account information using any of the following criteria:

  • Transaction type
  • Merchant name
  • Expense category
  • Transaction memo
  • Transaction amount
  • Date posted since

Once a search is completed, you can save the search criteria so they do not have to reenter the criteria.

Reports
You can track card expenses by creating, viewing and printing reports from the Reports page. You can also view the ten merchants you've spent the most with, or the ten most expensive purchases charged to your card. Reports can be viewed in table or chart format.

Once you generate a report in Visa eZCardInfo it can be saved for later viewing. When you run the report again it will be run against the state of the account at that time.

Set Alerts
The Set Alerts page allows you to manage you account by having VisaCardInfo monitor for specific events. You can set up as many alerts as you want and Visa eZCardInfo will send you a notification via e-mail when the event occurs. Alerts can be set for any of the following account events:

  • The credit limit is reached or exceeded
  • A new statement is available
  • Balance is within a certain amount of credit limit
  • Balance exceeds or drops below a certain amount
  • A payment, credit, or return posts to your account
  • A posted item exceeds a certain amount

You may also select Send an alert on this date, to have Visa eZCardInfo e-mail you to remind you of any date or occasion.

After you submit an alert it is added to the Alerts you've saved list. After an event occurs and notification has been sent, the alert is deactivated, but not removed from the list of saved alerts. Alerts that have been sent are listed along with the date on which the event occurred. You can reset alerts by clicking reset to the right of the alert description. The site will then send you an e-mail notification when the event occurs again. You can delete alerts when they are no longer needed.
