How to download account information into Quicken, create a file using "Download History for Quicken" in Online Services, save the file onto your Computer Desktop and then import the file into Quicken.

Your financial information is secure with Valley First Credit Union. Java technology, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, dedicated and redundant UNIX transaction servers, plus an industrial-grade firewall all ensure safe and reliable Online Services.

Security Tips To protect yourself from fraud and identity theft, we recommend when sending email you do not include personal inforamtion such as account numbers, PIN's, mother's maiden names or social security number. Email is generally not secure. For account specific questions, please contact a Member Service Specialist at 209.549.8500.

Protecting Your PIN
The first time you log onto Online Services, you will be prompted to select a new PIN. You new PIN must be between 6 and 20 alphanumeric characters. Make sure to select a PIN that is not easy to guess. We recommend that you keep it confidential and change it periodically which can be done right online.
