To Activate a new card, use menu item 7
- Enter Card #
- Be ready with primary Card Holders Social Security number.
- Be ready with the primary card holders 6 Digit Date of Birth

To report a card lost, stolen or not received, use menu item 8
Press 1 to Block a specific card #
- Press 1 for ATM Card
- Press 2 for Visa Check
Press 2 to Block all cards on this account
- Press 1 to Process
- Press 2 to Cancel
