Patricia Gillihan

Board of Directors

I am honored and privileged to volunteer my services to Valley First Credit Union which I believe is the best financial institution in the Central Valley. I am a retired Stanislaus County employee and a longtime member of our credit union. I enjoy traveling and golfing, but I remain involved in the community and participate in a variety of activities including the membership committee at Spring Creek Golf and Country Club and an after school children’s reading program in San Joaquin County. I value the services offered by Valley First and am committed to finding ways to improve those services as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Judy Jensen

Board of Directors

I have had the wonderful opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for Valley First Credit Union for over 10 years. I have appreciated and enjoyed the opportunity to serve Valley First Credit Union and its members. If re-elected to the Board of Directors, I will continue to be committed to maintaining the credit union's strong financial position and superior service to members. I am an attorney with Gianelli Nielsen in Modesto. My spouse and I live in Modesto and have two sons.

Jody Hayes

Supervisory Committee

I was appointed by the Board of Supervisors as the County’s Chief Executive Officer in the summer of 2017. My professional experience ranges from the private sector to public sector employment. I am proud to share my local roots and deep commitment to the residents of this county. As a public servant in Stanislaus County for 20 years, I believe in the power of hard work and giving back. I hold a passion for our future generations and recognize the influence each of us holds to make a real difference in the future. A common thread in successful communities that strive for positive change is the result of partnerships and relationships. Valley First Credit Union has a long-standing history of serving its members and providing solid financial services to the community it serves. I would be honored to join the committee furthering the Credit Union’s philosophy of “People Helping People.”

When the number of nominations and petitions received does not exceed the number of vacant positions, the credit union Board of Directors may, without further action, declare that those nominated and qualified to be elected are elected (Article V, Section 501(d) of the by-laws). Such a declaration will take place at this Annual Meeting.
