Making Good Happen for Our Members
During the Happy HoliPays initiative, Valley First Contact Center representatives were empowered to provide exceptional assistance to members in need. Whether it's covering a medical or utility bill, ensuring a month's rent or mortgage payment, or putting food on the table for a family, these representatives go above and beyond. Over three days during the holiday season, they're allocated a special budget to deposit cash directly into the accounts of struggling members, offering vital support during a critical time.
”As a young member, they were really helpful. Over the years they helped me establish my credit. They funded my first loan. I’ve now brought my daughter here. Valley First is good for me and good for the family.”
Sergio, Turlock Branch, Member since 1998
