Online & Mobile Banking Security

When using Online & Mobile Banking, we take extra measures to ensure your information is protected.

Valley First Online & Mobile Banking ensures data transfers between your device and our system is secure by using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for user verification, java technology, industrial-grade firewall and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, a dedicated high-end UNIX transaction server.

For convenience and security, you will use the same username and password for Mobile Banking that you use for Online Banking. Valley First Online Banking is a restricted area open only to authorized credit union members.

Keep Your Account Safe!

Prevent fraudsters from getting access to your finances by taking precautionary steps. Here are some tips for keeping your Online & Mobile Banking Login ID and Password safe.

  • Update your password regularly and avoid using the same password for multiple accounts
  • Don’t use simple passwords such as a child’s name, pet’s name, address, birthday, etc.
  • Avoid entering passwords when using unsecured Wi-Fi connections
  • Never give out your Online & Mobile Banking Login ID and Password

How to update your Login ID or Password
