When using Online & Mobile Banking, we take extra measures to ensure your information is protected.
Valley First Online & Mobile Banking ensures data transfers between your device and our system is secure by using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for user verification, java technology, industrial-grade firewall and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, a dedicated high-end UNIX transaction server.
For convenience and security, you will use the same username and password for Mobile Banking that you use for Online Banking. Valley First Online Banking is a restricted area open only to authorized credit union members.

As a reminder, the credit union will never ask you for your full Online or Mobile Banking password. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be with the credit union asking for any sensitive information, do not provide the requested information. If you are unsure if the call is legitimate, hang up and contact the credit union at (209) 549-8500 or (559) 275-3944.
If your Valley First Debit Card has been lost or stolen, immediately turn the card off in Card Controls within Online/Mobile Banking. When the card is off, card transactions will be denied. If found, you can easily turn the card back on.
To report a lost or stolen card, call Member Service during business hours at (209) 549-8500 or (559) 225-7228. After business hours, please call (888) 241-2510 (within the U.S) or (909) 941-1398 (outside the U.S.).
Once you submit your report and request a replacement card, you should receive a new card in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. In addition, you will receive instructions on how to activate and set a pin for your replacement card.

If you find unauthorized charges were made using your Valley First Debit or Credit Card, immediately call Member Service at (209) 549-8500 or (559) 275-3944 during
business hours.

To help protect you against fraud, our fraud security monitors your account for suspicious transactions or activity. If unusual locations or purchasing patterns are detected, transactions may be denied or blocked until the charges are verified. To avoid this inconvenience, before you travel we recommend you setup a travel alert within Online/Mobile Banking using Card Controls for Debit cards and MyCardInfo for credit cards. You may also request a travel alert be placed on your account by sending a Secure Message within Online Banking, calling (877) 549-4567 or visiting your local branch.
While traveling, be aware of any additional devices that can be attached to the reader, pin pad, or touchscreen. Be aware of your surroundings and review your accounts using Online & Mobile Banking or Valleyline.
If your card is lost or stolen while you're traveling, contact us immediately.
